My second instax trip & second time visiting this beautiful city in Spain, Valencia! Three years ago I was here in July and it was almost too hot to visit anything. This time, the weather was much better to go from one place to another and I had the best time with one of my best friends who’s staying there for three months. That’s exactly why we wanted to discover the best local bars & restaurants and guess what, I brought my instax camera and it never left my side!
Number one on your to do list when you’re visiting Valencia should definitely be The City of Arts and Sciences by Calatrava. Situated in the Turia Gardens, former River which was drained after a flood in 1957 and is now the largest urban park in the city. The Turia Gardens, stretching for 10 kilometers, have a lot to offer! There are many sport installations and multiple playground areas and not to mention, the most beautiful environment to go jogging, skating, rollerblading or whatever! When walking (or biking!) through the park, you’ll naturally run into the City of Arts and Sciences. Plaça de La Reina and Plaça de l’Ajuntament are two beautiful squares to visit as well! The instax pictures say it all…
There are two spots that I’d like to share, one healthy place & one guilty pleasure. I’ll start with Moltto, the place to be for breakfast in Valencia! My regular order: a fresh orange juice and a donut. Perfect way to start the day especially because it’s at Plaça de La Reina!
The second one is Zummsalads, the healthy spot! I went inside because of the lovely interior, and then it turned out they were serving yummy salads! Zummsalads is also nearby Plaça de La Reina, exactly in the city center. They have a great Instagram feed for all food pics. Hope you’ll visit one of these spots if you’re in Valencia!
