I just came home from Milan, it reminded me that I still had to post my Instax trip from 2 months ago… LONDON BABY! It was my 6th time in this lovely city and it’s never getting old… Although my last few trips were shop related with mom, it was nice to rediscover the touristic highlights in LDN! Here are my do’s and don’ts in a nutshell.
DO’S
Cereal killer cafe: best place to have old skool breakfast in Camden Town, not to mention one of the coolest neighborhoods in Londen! They sell over 100 different types of cereal from around the world. Personalize your bowl with one of the 30 varieties of milk and choose from 20 different toppings.
Sketch: most fashionable spot in London. You can go there anytime. They serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, cocktails… so basically everything. You definitely should go to Sketch, even if it’s just to check out their cool toilets!
Joe’s: fancy cocktail bar in Covent Garden. It’s happy hour every Sunday to Friday from 4PM – 6PM!
SOHO: this is a lovely neighborhood surrounded by shops, bars, theaters, clubs, restaurants… I love to stroll around here by night to discover new hotspots, meet locals or have a drink. This neighborhood is very crowded by night, but that’s what makes it that special.
Madame Tussauds: a fun trip if it rains in LDN. I really had a fun time in here! We’ve been here for about 3 hours so I think it is worth the money! Besides meeting Beyonce, Obama, Kim Kardashian and many more, there are some cool extra’s :).
DON’TS
London Eye: way too expensive to wait a long time and only be on this ferris wheel for 30 minutes. It looks way cooler than it is if you ask me.
